It is true that the number of science students are becoming inadequate in different parts of the world nowadays. The essay below will analyze some explanations for this situation as well as its influence on society.
There are two principal factors that contribute to the common disinterest in science subjects. First, those subjects are often challenging and require a lot of diligence as well as a great deal of patience and intelligence. The number of researches that an average Biology student has to do is more than other subjects with higher level of both difficulty and commitment, which discourages many students from choosing science as their majors. In conclusion, hurdles regarding some strict requirements of science subjects and employment opportunities are factored in a lot of students not choosing such subjects to study, and there are serious problems arising from this situation.

People have differing views about how to aid children in rural areas regarding their access to education. Although the provision of computers and the Internet can temporarily address the issue, I would argue that the best measure is to establish new schools and employ more teachers.
On the one hand, I understand why some people believe that expanding the Internet network and supplying computers for children in remote areas give them opportunities to approach education. Firstly, it is thought that students can acquire a great deal of knowledge from the online platform, most of which either is free of charge or requires small fees. Educational websites, such as Wikipedia, have been constantly established to promote distance learning for children whose neighborhoods have few schools and teachers. Secondly, online classes and courses are widely available and accessible, which makes geographic adversities become rather irrelevant. It is because students, regardless of their background or location, can enroll in a class or course of their preference. This would therefore aid them to access education in their remote communities.
On the other hand, I would side with those who think that building more schools and hiring new teachers would permanently solve the problem. Only schools can create an effective studying environment for students to interact or compete with one another and comprehensively develop their scholastic competence and characteristics. Furthermore, teachers can discover students’ weaknesses during their teaching process, hence better and more effective educating methodologies, which leads to more fruitful results.
In conclusion, it seems to me that it is best to construct schools and employ teachers in rural areas, instead of depending on technology to bring about education opportunities for children at such places.

On the other hand, supporters of traditional learning environment would argue that the presence of qualified teachers is of paramount importance in helping students acquire knowledge in a systematic way. However, there is mounting evidence that students are becoming alienated and bored by traditional teaching methods. In stark contrast, digital learning tools help every student learn at the best pace and path for them. The opportunity to customize learning sequences for each student will make education more productive. Moreover, by incorporating both visual and audio contents, online learning would provide a more engaging and dynamic experience for students of all ages. Eventually, better engagement would lead to productivity and improved motivation.
In conclusion, with the advent of the world wide web, teachers are no longer the only guidance for students. Self-motivated learners can obtain far more from online resources, and customize the materials to fit their interest and learning style.

Some people are born with natural leadership while others believe in the notion that the skills can be taught. In my opinion, successful leadership is a combination of both inborn virtues and persistence training.
Arguably, people do not enter the world with equal abilities, with equal talents. Hence, there are certain individualsinherit certain qualities and traits that make them better suited to leadership, in the same way that others are born with amazing musical gifts or athletic talents. First, extroversion is consistently associated with obtaining leadership positions and leader effectiveness. Remarkable leaders usually share common characteristics such as being bold, assertive and risk-taking. Leaders also need to be smart to analyze situations and figure out courses of actions. Therefore, intelligence is another significant factor that is inextricably linked to leadership capabilities. There is some ‘raw material’, some inborn qualities that predispose people to become a leader from the onset of their journey.
That being said, introverts and persons of average intelligence without extraordinary endowment can make good leaders if they aspire to become one. The job of leading an organization, a military unit or a nation is fantastically complex and diverse. Thus, many companies embrace this doctrine which is evident through leadership training programmes. Constant training and practice would equip participants with the skill sets necessary for high ranking positions. More importantly, leadership is often a choice. If the fear of leading overrides the willingness to come forward to take the challenge then one is a follower. In other words, when one is inclined to be hidden in the crowd, they are more likely to produce mediocre results regardless of receiving adequate formal training.
The bottom line is that leadership requires a set of innate traits, refined and perfected over time with education, training and experience. Ordinary people without natural leadership skills can become great leaders through the process of learning and observation.
